What a busy week we had. Lots of Royal Coronation Sports Day practice we had on the school field. We have been practicing our skipping, running, balancing and lots more. In preparation of our big Royal Coronation Sports Day please could you ensure your child wears appropriate and correct fitted footwear for us to practice in the next few weeks. Any sports shoe with velcro closing please if possible. The grass occasionally is wet and we had a few accidents and lost shoes on our running race. Our aim is to practice every day, weather permitting of course.
In nursery we have been learning all about King Charles and the coronation in London. We have been reading books, singing our special coronation song in front of big school, visiting school looking at amazing cakes, painting flags, making crowns, decorating a beautiful window crown and lots more. Enjoy your long weekend and next week it's all about Eurovision song Contest!
