A Perfect Day out at Goldstone Farm: Fun, Family and furry friends

Today we had the most wonderful day out with our families and friends at Godstone Farm—a day filled with laughter, adventure, and plenty of animal encounters that left both kids and grown-ups grinning from ear to ear.

Starting the Day with Family and Friends

The sun was shining as we arrived, and excitement was already in the air. With a picnic lunch packed and big smiles all around, we gathered together to make the most of everything Godstone had to offer. The little ones couldn't wait to get started!

A Stroll Through the Farm

Our day began with a leisurely walk through the farm, where we were greeted by friendly goats, fluffy sheep, rabbits, pigs and piglets, horses, donkeys, reptiles and lots more. The children loved getting up close to the animals. A big favourite was the dinosaur trail, the sandpit and indoor soft play area.

Pig Racing Fun!

A visit to Godstone wouldn't be complete without the famous pig race. We all gathered around the track, cheering and laughing as the pigs dashed towards the finish line. The excitement was infectious. It was such a unique and memorable experience, and definitely a highlight of the day.

Animal Encounter Sessions

One of the most special moments of the day was the animal meeting session. The children had the chance to gently stroke guinea pigs, rabbits, chicks, tortoises and a dragon🐉. The farm staff was incredible kind and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe around the animals.

Lots of us finished with a well deserved ice cream before heading home and we hope you all have enjoyed your visit as much as we did.
