Last 2 weeks we have been enjoying lots of different activities. Some enjoyed our autumn activities ie.finding leaves, observing nature and noticing change. We have been building on the childrens confidence to develop a deep understanding of the numbers to 10. We have provided frequent and carried opportunities to build and apply their understanding through different activities like counting bears/pegs, singing counting songs, playing board games, using puzzles, spotting numerals and shapes in our environment etc. We learned about shapes, space and measures. Everyone developed a positive attitude and interest in our Math activities and we hope your children will share their new learned skills with you.
